Mitel Connect Overview

Mitel Connect provides you with greater flexibility in how you deploy business communications to your organization by leveraging a hybrid approach. This hybrid approach combines the resiliency and availability of Mitel's trademark distributed architecture with the immediacy and scalability of cloud-delivered applications. With Mitel Connect, you can expand the functionality of a premises-deployed Mitel solution with Scribe and Fax applications in the cloud.

If you are an existing Connect CLOUD customer and attempting to set up Hybrid Sites please contact Mitel Support (1 (888) 322-3822) who will be able to assist.
If you are not yet a Connect CLOUD Customer please contact Mitel (Mitel.com) or your Mitel Partner who will be able to assist.

Services Availability

Scribe	The Scribe service transcribes voicemail from your Mitel phone into text and then sends it, along with a WAV file, to the e-mail address of your choice.
Fax	Fax is an email-to-fax service used as a fax solution for the Mitel phone system. With Fax, users receive incoming faxes in their email inbox and send outbound faxes as email attachments.
